Bottled Water

Here's a story about a Chicago Alderman's plan to tax bottled water in Chicago in order to help make up for budget gap in the city's water funds that is partially caused by a decrease in demand for city water. I have a better idea. Bottle the water and sell it cheaper than the name brands. He does understand how much more expensive bottled water is than any city water, doesn't he? Even after adding in the cost of bottling and distribution, it can't be that hard to turn a healthy profit...
